Booking and Scheduling Instructions for Di’Shon’s Designed Thinking
Hello & Welcome to Di’Shon’s Designed Thinking, the world’s best and brightest new tutoring company!
Booking a Session
1. Fill Out the Booking Application
- Complete the booking application with as much detail as possible in the information box. This helps us tailor our services to your needs.
2. Session Details
- **Standard Tutoring Session:** $30 per hour (sessions may be shorter or longer based on the student's engagement and needs).
- **College Students & Adult Courses:** $40 per hour.
- **Deposit:** A $10 deposit is required to confirm your appointment and ensure your commitment.
3. Required Materials
- Please bring at least a pencil and paper.
- If possible, bring any homework, quizzes, or tests that need to be completed or reviewed.
Appointment Policies
1. Punctuality
- Scheduled appointments should be attended on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, a $15 late fee will apply.
- The session timer will start 5 minutes after the scheduled start time if you are not on time.
2. Drop-In Rate
- Without a scheduled appointment, the drop-in rate is $50 for a same-day rushed appointment.
3. Continuous Sessions
- For those interested in ongoing tutoring, we offer contract options for 9-week periods, semesters, summer specials, or the entire school year. Contact us to set up a personalized package.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Please notify us 48-72 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Additional Information
1. Photos for Legal and Advertising Purposes
- If you have any concerns about being photographed for legal or advertising purposes, please inform us, and we will ensure your privacy is respected.
2. Meeting Location
- We meet from 10am-7pm at the Alachua County Downtown Public Library.
- If you require us to travel within Gainesville city limits, a $20 travel fee will apply. Prices are subject to change based on the area.
